PROCESS OF PRODUCTION OF AGRICULTURAL GARMENT BAGS

1. PP fiber production:​

Polypropylene (PP) plastic pellets + additives + various colors are fed into the spinning line, the raw material is melted, and extruded out of the mold mouth. Then, the film passes through the cooling water tank, is stretched and cut into fibers according to the required width. The fiber passes through the stretching and heating parts (twice) then cools steadily and is wound into fiber tubes.

2. PP roll weaving:

The yarn spools are distributed and attached to high-speed 6-shuttle or 8-shuttle weaving machines, woven into rolls or cut into flat rolls.

3. Film coating:

To strengthen the bond between the woven fibers and prevent moisture, the PP fabric roll is put on a film coating machine to coat a thin layer of PP material, or OPP grafting, KRAFT paper grafting... and wound into a roll.

4. Printing packaging:

The woven (or coated) rolls are put through a flexo printing machine (6 colors) to print according to customer requirements. The camera system monitors print quality, the automatic solvent mixing system, and the corona system enhance print quality at all speeds.

5. SEWING LINE AND FINISHED PRODUCT PACKAGING:

The printed rolls are put into auxiliary machines such as: side deflection machine, bag turning machine, PE bag machine... then put into the automatic cutting and sewing line controlled and monitored for quality by PLC. The products are then pressed into finished bales and stored in warehouses for delivery to customers.
