In a report summarizing the situation in the past year, the company representative said that production encountered many difficulties, especially in the last months of the year. Faced with that situation, the company's leadership tried very hard to diversify products to ensure jobs for workers. Accordingly, the number of workers remains stable, the salary does not grow but is equivalent to the previous year.
Regarding the upcoming Tet bonus, the company will ensure a 13th month salary for workers. Additional bonuses, if any, will depend on the company's business activities.
